 Reminder to Coaches:
O.C.I.A.A. Throwing Pentathlon & O.C.I.A.A. Hammer Championships: Monday May 12th, 2008 @ Monroe-Woodbury; 2pm (starting time)
Throwers Pent: only 3 athletes per team
Hammer Champs: only 3 athletes per team
* if you should have an athlete competing in the Throwing Pent and also wishes to compete for the Hammer Champs he/she will count towards the total number per team for both competitions.
Throwing Pentathlon Events: Hammer, Shot Put, Discus, Javelin, and Weight Throw
Please email sacevedo@mw.k12.ny.us to register your athletes for both Throwing Pent. and Hammer Champs. in order to compete. (name, school, seeds for each event)

Empire state game Tryouts for Boys Basketball
The tryouts for this years Empire State Games Hudson Valley Scholastic
Boys Basketball team will be held on:
Saturday May 17th at Monroe-Woodbury HS – 9:00am - 12:00PM
General Eligibility
Scholastic Division applicants are amateur athletes who are 17 years of
age or younger as of August 31.

Tuesday May 6th at Briarcliff HS - 7:00PM - 9:00PM
Monday May 12th at Mahopac HS - 7:00PM - 9:00PM
