Temporary and Professional Coaching Licenses:

It is mandatory that all New York State Scholastic Athletic Coaches (paid and/or volunteer) posess a license for each specific sport that he/she will coach. Non-teacher certified coaches must apply for their coaching certification on the New York State Education Department website. There is fee of $50 for each sport specific license that is applied for.

Football: Mon., Aug. 16, 2010
Other Sports: Mon. Aug. 23, 2010

Winter:
Ice Hockey: Nov. 1, 2010;
Other sports: November 8, 2010

Spring:
March 7, 2011
