Rule 4-3: Each head coach shall be responsible for ensuring that each of his/her players is properly equipped.
An improperly equipped player shall be instructed to leave the field of play when the ball ceases to be in play. The head coach shall be cautioned (Yellow Card) for improperly equipped players.
Beginning with the 2008 fall season shin guards must meet the National Operating Committee on Standards for Athletic Equipment (NOCSAE) specifications.
Meeting Dates for 2007
July 22, 29; August 5, 12,19,26; September 19; October meeting: TBA
All meetings for July, August and September are held at the Sullivan West Elementary School in Jeffersonville, N.Y.
Classes for new officials begin at 6:00 p.m. | Regular meetings for veteran officials begin at 7:00 pm.
Physical Fitness Test to be given on August 19, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the S.W. Elementary School Track.
Written Test for new and veteran officials to be given immediately following the physical fitness test in the Elementary School.
Field Work to be conducted on August 26, at the soccer field inside the track at the S.W. Elementary School. Meeting to follow.
